The daily cash register and ledger options (VAT, transfers, recurring entries) are switched on by the template. On Lite an integration can be added separately through your channel or Primsis.
On the branches and users you buy: number of branches × branch price + number of users × user price. It is calculated from the quota bought, not from usage.
Yes. The Lite package opens only the income-expense ledger, the daily cash register and ledger reports. You can move to Premium later; no data is lost.
When a quota is full no new branch or user can be added. The customer admin raises the branch and user quota or moves from Lite to Premium on the License screen of the app, and sees the new monthly amount before saving. To lower a quota or move to a smaller package you contact your channel or us.
Yes. You use Primsis free for the first 3 months from the day you finish sign-up and setup; no credit card is required. When the trial ends your data is not deleted: the account becomes read-only and you write to us to continue.
