The problem
If you learn the gap at month end, you are late
Seeing which branch is behind on which KPI mid-month means adding up a sheet by hand, and by then the days are gone.
- Remaining units live in one cell and the required daily rate in another file; the two never meet.
- A Branch Manager learns their own standing only by asking you.
- A lagging KPI is noticed at month end, with no time left to react.
What it does
Target, achieved, remaining
For each KPI, target, achieved, remaining units and achievement percentage are calculated per branch and per employee.
Required per day
Remaining units divided by remaining days shows how many a day you need from today. KPIs beyond target are tracked separately.
Period-end projection
The daily average so far projects how the period will end; deviation from plan is shown.
Status labels
Completed, On track, At risk and Behind bring the branches that need help to the top.
Remaining KPI table
A branch × KPI matrix shows what remains to target and the required daily rate, with the company total.
Employee targets
Distribute a target from branch to staff; a sales representative sees their own target and result on their own screen.
How it works

Status, remaining units and the required daily rate let you step in mid-month.
Frequently asked questions
How is the required daily figure calculated?
Remaining units to target divided by the days left in the period, so you see how many must be done every day from today.
What is the period-end projection based on?
The daily average achieved so far is applied to the remaining days. If the sales pace changes, the projection changes with it.
Which package includes target tracking?
The Premium package, together with commission, entitlements, clawbacks and reconciliation. The Lite package opens only the income-expense ledger and the daily cash register.
How do I enter targets?
Targets can be typed in the table or loaded in bulk with the ready Excel template.
Does a Branch Manager see every branch?
No. A Branch Manager sees only their own branch; the Customer Admin sees all branches and a coordinator sees the branches assigned to them.
