Commission calculation software
Take commission out of spreadsheets and see why every figure is what it is
Primsis calculates the commission your business earns from the party that pays it (an operator, an insurer, a brand or a principal) and the pay-out you owe your team, straight from your transactions. Next to each amount you see which formula ran on which inputs; when the period closes, entitlements and the payment schedule follow.
- Incoming and outgoing commission in one place
- A step-by-step calculation trail for every figure
- Closed periods are locked; corrections are separate entries

The problem
Why spreadsheet commission tracking cannot be trusted
Workbooks that concatenate records into text and count them with wildcard COUNTIFs never compute most of the rules, and they grow errors silently.
- A record is counted twice or not at all; the difference shows up at month end, when the payment arrives.
- Rules such as tariff bands, multipliers and prerequisites are applied by hand; nobody knows which rule ran.
- Last period’s figure changes silently when a formula changes, and finding out why takes days.
What it does
Incoming and outgoing commission
What you earn from the paying party and what you pay staff, managers and coordinators are separate programs, calculated from the same transactions.
Calculation trail
Open a branch or a line: the formula, its inputs and the intermediate results are shown step by step.
In-period estimate
While the period runs, estimated commission follows current transactions and targets; assumptions and missing data are listed.
Entitlements and payment schedule
Commission settled at period close is split across its due dates; collections and payments track what is still owed or receivable.
Clawbacks and tolerance
Transactions reported as cancelled or abandoned are flagged; amounts beyond the tolerance become a deduction line in the entitlement.
Recalculation and reconciliation
A closed period is recalculated with a preview once its review window ends; the paying party’s statement is compared with your own figures line by line.
How it works
- 1
Enter transactions or import a spreadsheet
Key sales in, or upload your existing file with the ready-made template; rows are checked before they load.
- 2
Rules apply themselves
Bands, multipliers and prerequisites from the template run on your transactions; results are shown per branch and per employee.
- 3
Close the period, follow the entitlement
A closed period is locked; commission is split into its due dates and collections and payments are recorded.

Frequently asked questions
How is commission calculation software different from a spreadsheet?
In a spreadsheet the rules are spread across cell formulas and numbers copied by hand. In Primsis the rules are template data: versioned, every calculation traceable, and a closed period is locked.
Which sectors have a ready template?
Ready templates cover telecom (Vodafone Shop), insurance, retail, automotive, real estate, service businesses, appliances and electronics, fuel stations, field sales and education. The core is sector-independent; Turkcell, Türk Telekom and other sectors are added with a new template.
Which package includes commission calculation?
The Premium package, together with target tracking, entitlements, clawbacks and reconciliation; the plain ledger is included. The price follows your number of branches and users.
How is staff commission calculated?
The template’s staff program weighs the branch prerequisite together with each person’s own result; how many more units reach the next tier is shown on screen.
What if the statement I receive differs from my figures?
In reconciliation you enter the statement’s amounts line by line; a difference is accepted or disputed. An accepted difference is booked as an adjustment to the entitlement.
Can I import my existing data from Excel?
Yes. Transactions and targets load through a ready Excel template; rows are validated before the import and errors are listed.
