Getting started: signing in, the top bar and the menu

Learn what Primsis does, how to sign in, how the branch and period selectors in the top bar work, and which screens each role sees in the menu.

Updated

Primsis is a cloud platform for commission and performance management, built for businesses with branches, a sales team and a commission scheme. A simple daily cash register and income-expense ledger come with it. This page covers signing in, the top bar and the menu.

What Primsis does

It collects sales and transaction records, compares them with branch and employee targets and calculates commission; once a period closes, it tracks entitlements, collections and payments. The core is sector-independent: transaction types, KPIs, tiers and multipliers live in a template, not in code. Ready templates cover telecom (Vodafone Shop), insurance, retail, automotive, real estate, service businesses, appliances and electronics, fuel stations, field sales and education; other sectors are added with a new template.

Signing in

  1. Set your password with the link in the invitation e-mail from your administrator.
  2. Sign in on the login page with your e-mail address; it is your username.
  3. If you are the Customer Admin and setup is unfinished, the Setup wizard opens; other roles wait until it is done.

If you see an "account not defined" message, contact your administrator.

The top bar

ItemWhat it does
CustomerShows the name of the company you work for.
BranchDecides which branch every screen shows. Users who see several branches can choose "All Branches"; for a user with one branch the selector is locked.
PeriodPicks the monthly period. Closed periods carry a lock icon and their screens are read-only.
NotificationsThe bell shows the unread count; "See all" opens the Notifications page.

The user menu holds the dark theme, the language (Türkçe or English) and sign-out; Ctrl K (⌘K on a Mac) searches pages. Your branch and period choice is kept in the address, so a link you share opens with the same selection.

The menu is in the left sidebar, grouped under General, Performance, Finance and Administration; on a narrow screen the menu button in the top bar opens it.

The menu follows your role

You only see the screens your role can open. A screen the template has no use for (for example Premium when there is no commission program) is hidden from every role. See Roles and permissions for details.

Next: the Setup wizard. For an overview of the product, see commission calculation software.
