Targets
Tracking targets: reading Target Tracking and Remaining KPI
Understand target, actual, remaining, required per day and end-of-period projection on the Target Tracking and Remaining KPI screens, and the status labels.
Target Tracking and Remaining KPI compare the targets you entered with the actuals and show where you will end up at the end of the period. The figures belong to the selected branch and period and reflect actuals up to the report day.
Target Tracking columns
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Target | The target entered for the period |
| Actual | What has been achieved up to the report day (Active records) |
| Achievement % | Actual ÷ target |
| Remaining | Distance to target; if the target is exceeded it reads "+N over" |
| Required per day | The remaining amount divided by the remaining days, rounded up |
| Projection | End-of-period estimate at the current daily pace |
| Status | One of the labels below |
For a KPI without a target the target-dependent cells show "—" and no status is assigned. The label at the top ("Day x/y · N days left") tells you how much of the period has passed.
Status labels
| Label | When |
|---|---|
| Completed | The actual has reached or passed the target. |
| On track | The target is not reached yet, but the projection reaches it. |
| At risk | The projection is below the target but at least 90 percent of it. |
| Behind | The projection is below 90 percent of the target. |
Remaining KPI
Remaining KPI is a branch × KPI matrix. Each cell shows the amount left to the target and "N per day"; a cell whose target is met reads "Done". For roles that see all branches the last row is "Company total". The cell colour reflects the status label.
Dashboard
The Dashboard shows the period progress, the KPIs the template features and a Branch × KPI heatmap with three bands: below 70%, 70–99% and 100% and above. Click a branch name to open that branch's Target Tracking.
Take it as a file
The Export button on Target Tracking and Remaining KPI downloads the table as Excel or PDF; the file is limited to your branch scope. All reports are also listed on the Export page.
Every role sees these screens, and your branch access sets their scope. For more, see KPI target tracking. Next: Commission calculation.
