Setup wizard: choose your template, define your branches

Use the setup wizard to choose your sector, paying company and sales channel type, add your branches, then invite users and enter employees and targets.

Updated

The first job of a new customer account is setup: you choose your template and define your branches, and the application opens when you finish. Only the Customer Admin can run the wizard; other roles see a "setup is not finished yet" note and wait.

The steps

#StepWhat you do
1SectorChoose your sector; transaction types and KPIs are assigned accordingly. Options without a ready template say "Coming soon" and cannot be selected.
2Paying companyChoose the company that pays your commission (in telecom, for example, Vodafone).
3Sales channel typeChoose the channel type (for example Shop).
4Template previewReview the transaction types, the tracked KPIs, quantity entry, the Pending → Active flow and the period rule.
5BranchesAdd your branches.

In the ready template the period is monthly and transactions count by their activation date. You do not define periods: they come from the template's calendar, and today's period is ready to use.

Adding branches

Each branch tracks its own targets, employees and cash.

  1. Use Add branch to open a row and type the Branch name. At least one branch is required and two branches cannot share a name. The branch code is derived from the name.
  2. Province, segment and opening date are optional; you can enter them later on the branch card in Branches.
  3. Press Finish setup.

After setup

Your template and branches are saved, your trial starts, and Go to dashboard takes you into the application. Setup is done once; the wizard is not reopened afterwards. The suggested order:

  1. Users: invite your team and set their roles and branches.
  2. Employees: define the personnel of each branch.
  3. Targets: enter the branch targets of the period.
  4. Record the first transactions with Data Entry or Import.

Your sector is not listed?

The core is sector-independent, so a new sector is added with a new template. Send your request through the contact page.
